Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ezaz Automation's website, products, and services. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Ezaz Automation provides software development, automation solutions, technical support, and ready-made software tools. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
2. Software Licensing
Software products are licensed, not sold. Depending on the product, licenses may be:
- Monthly Subscription: Access provided on a recurring payment basis
- Lifetime License: Perpetual access with 1 year of included updates
- Custom Deployment: Tailored installation with specific terms
Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing.
3. Pricing and Payment
Price ranges displayed on our website are estimates. Final pricing is provided in written proposals or invoices. Payments are accepted in major cryptocurrencies and, where available, other methods as agreed. All fees are exclusive of any taxes or network transaction fees.
4. Support Scope
Support is provided as follows:
- Initial Setup: Deployment assistance included with most products
- Bug Fixes: Reported issues are addressed within a reasonable timeframe
- Feature Requests: Not guaranteed; quoted separately if accepted
- Response Times: Typically within 24 business hours
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and requirements
- Using our products and services in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms
- Maintaining security of your own systems and credentials
- Paying all fees when due
6. Acceptable Use
Our products and services may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Fraud, financial crimes, or deceptive practices
- Unauthorized access to computer systems
- Malware distribution or cyberattacks
- Violating third-party platform terms of service

7. Intellectual Property
All code, documentation, and materials provided remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a license to use the software, not ownership of the underlying code (except where custom development terms explicitly state otherwise).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezaz Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. No Guarantee Against Platform Changes
Our products may interact with third-party platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation if those platforms change their APIs, terms, or technical requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but such adaptations may require additional fees.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. For subscriptions, termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For one-time projects, termination terms will be specified in the project proposal.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
