Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all products, services, and software provided by Ezaz Automation ("we", "our", "us"). By using our products or services, you agree to comply with this policy.

⚠️ All products and services must be used only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.

1. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of our products and services are explicitly prohibited:

1.1 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

  • Sending bulk unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam
  • Using our email tools to send messages to recipients who have not explicitly opted in
  • Scraping contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications

1.2 Fraud & Financial Crimes

  • Any form of financial fraud, including payment fraud, identity theft, or phishing
  • Creating fake accounts for financial gain or deception
  • Manipulating advertising metrics, click fraud, or fake engagement

1.3 Unauthorized Access

  • Attempting to access computer systems without authorization
  • Credential theft or account takeover attacks
  • Bypassing security measures or authentication systems

1.4 Malicious Activities

  • Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Hosting malicious content or command-and-control infrastructure
  • Denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

1.5 Terms of Service Violations

  • Using our products to intentionally violate third-party platform terms of service
  • Automated actions that circumvent rate limits or access restrictions in violation of platform rules
  • Creating accounts on platforms where automation is explicitly prohibited

2. Lawful Use Requirement

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our products and services complies with:

  • All applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Terms of service of any third-party platforms you interact with
  • Data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA where applicable)

3. Compliance Obligations

Prior to deployment of certain products (particularly those involving web automation or data collection), we may require:

  • A signed copy of this Acceptable Use Policy
  • Verification of your intended use case
  • Documentation of legitimate purpose

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns for compliance (without accessing your private data)
  • Investigate suspected violations of this policy
  • Suspend or terminate access immediately upon discovery of prohibited use
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities

5. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license or service agreement
  • Forfeiture of any prepaid fees (no refunds for policy violations)
  • Permanent ban from future services
  • Legal action and/or reporting to law enforcement

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy by another user, please report it to creation.ejaj@gmail.com.

7. No Liability for User Actions

Ezaz Automation provides tools and services. We are not responsible for how you choose to use them. You bear full legal responsibility for your compliance with this policy and applicable laws.

By using our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Acceptable Use Policy.
