Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for Ezaz Automation products and services.
1. Custom Development Work
Custom software development, automation workflows, and tailored solutions are generally non-refundable after work has commenced. However:
- If a milestone is not delivered as specified, we will work to correct the issue
- If we fail to deliver the agreed scope entirely (subject to force majeure), a pro-rata refund may be issued
- Client cancellations before work begins are eligible for full refund minus any incurred processing fees
2. Ready-Made Software Licenses
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No retroactive refunds for unused time within a current billing period
Lifetime Licenses
- 7-day review period: If the product has a technical defect that prevents its core functionality, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- No refunds for: Change of mind, failure to read documentation, or incompatibility with your specific infrastructure (unless misrepresented)
3. Services & Maintenance Retainers
- Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 14 days' notice
- Prepaid quarterly/annual retainers may be eligible for pro-rata refund of unused months, minus a 10% administrative fee
- Hours-based retainers: unused hours do not roll over after 60 days unless specified otherwise
4. Technical Issues & Support
If you experience a technical issue:
- Contact support with detailed information about the issue
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue
- If the issue is confirmed to be a defect in our software and cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion
5. Violation of Terms
No refund will be issued if your license or service is terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
6. Processing Fees
Cryptocurrency network fees and any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact creation.ejaj@gmail.com with:
- Your name and contact information
- Product or service purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant documentation (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method where possible, otherwise in USDT or equivalent.
9. Discretionary Refunds
We reserve the right to offer discretionary refunds outside these guidelines on a case-by-case basis, particularly for goodwill or exceptional circumstances. Such decisions are final.
